Subject: Corruption on the Corporate Level in TCS
Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I have gathered courage finally to bring to your notice wide scale corruption going on in TCS mainly concerning the HR Team from the Campus Recruitment Vertical.
Request this information to be verified and investigated under strict supervision from the senior most department and of independent nature.
The recruitment HR from TCS have been involved in receiving huge sums of money which tune in crores from many pvt engineering colleges in the eastern region and pan India. If you have to check the hiring ns for TCS from one single college has gone up considerably since the last 2 years. Apart from picking up big no's from Tier 1 colleges they have done the same from tier 2 and 3 colleges. I have on a personal basis got details of a college from Orissa that paid 20 lakhs in 2010 for some 100 plus offers through campus, 60 lakhs for some 400 plus offers for 2011 batch and 40 lakhs for the current 2012 pass out batch. The concerned HR to receive money in cash is Ashish tanwar who has recently moved out of the Campus Hiring and Shyam Sundar Chinnari. The payments were done in cash in Kolkata to Ashish Tanwar and the concerned TPO of the college had been introduced by Shyam. Similarly another big educational group Techno Group from Kolkata is involved in the same kind of cash transaction. To my knowledge this entire thing is happening under the guidance and support of senior management right upto the level of Global Recruitment Head. The only difference is that the Top management is not directly coming face to face for these activities. Request keep these names under wrap till you get full evidence.
The principal Consultant ERUI- India for Kolkata Mr R.N. lahiri is closely associated with the Head recruitment India Mr Ajoyendra Mukherjee have opened an engineering college in a place known as budge budge in Kolkata and Mr Lahiri actively looks after the construction and operations for the same. from JIS Group in Kolkata has been involved in paying for organizing a Campus drive at this college for Cap Gemini in the year 2010. The HR was not paid but the coonsultant involved in getting Capgemini charged 20 lakhs for getting the company which got known to the HR later and was under investigation and since then the college has been blacklisted. In 2011 the JIS Group has been blacklisted by Syntel for being involved with the HR Recruitment Head for accepting money for hiring in big nos and the matter got reported and the HR got terminated and all offers of this Group were cancelled for which i have evidence.
These both groups Techno and JIS Group are involved in such activities for a long time and are hand in gloves. Many more colleges are involved in the same racket and this is happening on a pan India basis with many other Top names in the IT sector. The colleges are ready to pay because this meets their placement numbers and they don't have that good quality and this kind of hiring helps in better admissions for the next batch.
In 2011 TCS backed out from campus Recruitments at JIS Group Kolkata and an escalation mail was sent to the level of Mr Ramadorai and Ravi Kant and post that the company conducted campus but purposely in anger the Team hired less no's even though students fared well. The news that went post that the Management of the college faltered on payment of an ex amount which was supposed to be as investment for the New College coming up presently handled by Mr R.N. Lahiri. Immediately Techno Group seized the opportunity being a rival college and did a huge pay-out which only the college management and TCS guys know. For Orissa I can give you proper proof for your verification. I won't want you to believe me right away but conduct your own investigation and then only take whatever action required post that.
I have just one request that you treat this as utmost confidential as many educational mafias are involved in it and this could also bring an end to my career and life. If you feel it's worth investigating I am ready to help you.
I have already reported one such incident to the senior management of a Company where JIS Group and many colleges were involved with paying money to a Global Recruitment Head HR of a Leading IT company and he has been asked to resign along with his deputy.
I know the Tata legacy very well and you have never paid a single penny for any favour till date as per my knowledge. . But with diversity of business and spread of business all over the world some individuals have taken this as an opportunity to make money in an unjust manner.
I will provide you all my support to bring an end to this and treat these HR from the corporate world and Institutes that these kind of activities have zero tolerance. If required I am ready to meet you in person even though I know it might not be possible as per your level and busy work schedule. Also you can contact me initially on mail or leave me a direct no where I can call and discuss this matter only with someone from the non IT vertical as I am not sure how deep the corruption is prevalent in the system.
